The hospital currently leases about 60-70 percent of the building, where 18 of the hospital’s physicians practice, according to the report. The building is currently owned by HSC Development LLC, which is a partnership of five physicians and Colorado Surgical Services.
According to the report, a sale was not final, but the hospital board authorized $3.2 million for the purchase of the clinics on Nov. 24.
