Cleveland Clinic breaks ground on apartments for community employees

Cleveland Clinic has partnered with PNC, the city of Cleveland, the Cleveland Foundation, the George Gund Foundation, the Port Authority of Cleveland and Urban Strategies to fund a $26.9 million apartment complex for local residents and employees in Fairfax, Ohio.

The project began Sept. 19, according to a news release from Cleveland Clinic. 

The new complex includes 82 one- and two-bedroom units and is slated to open in 2023.

Cleveland Clinic has invested $10 million toward the project, the release said.
