Scott & White Hospital Completes Round Rock Expansion

Scott & White Hospital-Round Rock (Texas) announced the completion of its 58,000-square-foot expansion.

The expansion added 26 intensive care unit and general medical/surgical beds, four operating rooms, an endoscopy suite and eight emergency department beds. The hospital also renovated 14,000 square feet of space. In the future, the hospital plans to build a patient bed tower and medical office building.

The expansion will allow the hospital to develop a cardiovascular surgery program and offer other medical and surgical specialties and sub-specialties.
