Oakland, Calif.-based Kaiser Permanente plans to open its $344 million Westside Medical Center in August 2013, according to a Portland Business Journal report.
Construction of the 421,000-square-foot facility in the Tanasbourne neighborhood of Hillsboro, Ore., is scheduled to be completed this summer. The subsequent 12 months will be spent adding equipment to the space. The 126-bed hospital will employ approximately 800 people.
