This marks the first phase of the facility’s opening, with spinal and orthopedic surgical services to be rolled out next, according to a July 12 news release from Centura. There are 16 bays in the ED.
The $180 million facility is dubbed a “hospital of the future” for its innovative technologies to support patients and staff.
