The land “would be contributed in an equity deal as a sale or lease with the local doctors,” according to the report.
The plan is already supported by three local physicians, two of which plan to open on orthopedic center in the complex, and other physicians are being surveyed on their interest.
A feasibility study will likely be completed in the next 90 days.
