DuPage Health and Delnor Name New Combined System in Illinois

Winfield, Ill.-based Central DuPage Health and Geneva, Ill.-based Delnor Health System merged in March and recently announced the name of the new, combined entity: Cadence Health System, according to a Crain’s Chicago Business report.

The hospitals under CDH and Delnor — Central DuPage Hospital and Delnor Hospital — will retain their existing names and staffing structures. The merged system will launch its Cadence brand campaign in January.  

Luke McGuinness, the former CEO of CDH, is the CEO of Cadence.
