Blue Priority is used by all Anthem individual health plans sold through Wisconsin’s health insurance exchange, and it is available through fully-insured and self-funded health benefits arrangements, according to a news release.
Through the new collaboration, Bellin will focus on using care coordination to improve patient outcomes. Bellin physicians will be rewarded for meeting quality benchmarks and improving patient care, according to the release.
