The initiative allows members to have early prescription refills and to use the plan’s telehealth platform, Well Connection, for free, according to an Aug. 26 announcement.
The expedited access to care is in effect for 90 days. It primarily applies to members who live in areas that declared or anticipated declaring states of emergency, including New York and Rhode Island and parts of New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts and Vermont.
