Aurora Health Care (Milwaukee). This year, Aurora forged a new accountable care partnership with UnitedHealthcare’s Medicare Advantage plans, covering 40,000 people. It has previous commercial ACO experience from its agreements with Humana and Aetna. Its Lakeshore Medical Clinic joined the Medicare Shared Savings Program in 2012, but has since dropped participation.
