American Health Facilities Development Partners With Sanderling Healthcare

American Health Facilities Development, a program management firm, and Sanderling Healthcare, a healthcare design construction company, have entered into a co-development marketing agreement, according to a Quorum Health Resources news release.

The integrated construction will give rural hospitals with limited access to building resources and funding an opportunity to make facility additions or replacements. CEO of Sanderling Healthcare, Jerome Tannenbaum, MD, developed the method that consists of constructing a permanent steel and concrete hospital in a factory setting and connects several of the hospital’s systems together.
