Under Aledade’s first commercial contract in Utah, Aledade’s Utah ACO will be held accountable for the total healthcare experience of 4,000 Regence policyholders who visit ACO primary care physicians.
Aledade’s physician-led ACO will reward physicians for improving patient health outcomes and care quality while lowering costs.
