Children’s National Medical Center Names Kathleen Chavanu Gorman COO

Children’s National Medical Center in Washington, D.C., has named Kathleen Chavanu Gorman as executive vice president of patient care services and COO, effective early this fall.

Ms. Gorman rejoins Children’s National from Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia where she served as senior vice president of patient care services and CNO. Prior to that, Ms. Gorman served Children’s National as vice president of quality and support services until 2009.
