Advocate Good Shepherd Gets Green Light for $247M Expansion

Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital in Bolingbrook, Ill., has received approval from the state’s Health Facilities and Services Review Board to begin a $247 million expansion project, according to a Northwest Herald report.

The project will add a building to the existing facility to convert dual occupancy rooms into private rooms, increase the size of the hospital’s operating rooms and add seven beds to the intensive care unit, according to the report.
