Los Angeles-based Adventist Health White Memorial, part of Roseville, Calif.-based Adventist Health, and Orange, Calif.-based Rady Children’s Health Orange County have partnered on neonatal care.
The partnership began July 1, according to an Aug. 4 news release from Adventist Health.
“Together, we are elevating the capabilities of our NICU, enhancing care for fragile infants and giving families greater confidence that advanced newborn care is available close to home,” Daniel Fontoura, president of Adventist Health White Memorial, said in the release.
Rady Children’s neonatologists now provide 24-hour coverage for Adventist Health White Memorial’s Level III NICU and newborn services.
“We’re honored to work alongside Adventist Health White Memorial, combining the depth of our neonatal experience with their exceptional care teams,” Kim Milstien, Rady Children’s executive vice president and regional president for Orange County, said in the release.
