Accountable Care Coalition of North Texas (Fort Worth, Texas). With a network of nearly 50 individual practices, the Accountable Care Coalition of North Texas renewed its contract with CMS’ Medicare Shared Savings Program in January. The ACO is one of just six Track 2 ACOs in the program, meaning it is responsible for some downside risk. Accountable Care Coalition of North Texas generated $1.38 million in shared savings in performance year 2014, and it is funneling 100 percent of those savings back into its care processes and resources.
