West Florida ACO (Trinity, Fla.). Formed by a group of independent physician practices, West Florida ACO was one of the first 27 ACOs to join the Medicare Shared Savings Program in April 2012. With 56 participating providers, it is now a Track 3 MSSP ACO. West Florida ACO earned $3.97 million in shared savings in 2013 and $6.33 million in 2014.
