2002 — 4.7 percent
2003 — 5.3 percent
2004 — 5.5 percent
2005 — 5.3 percent
2006 — 5.8 percent
2007 — 5.8 percent
2008 — 6.5 percent
2009 — 6.9 percent
2010 — 6.9 percent
2011 — 6.6 percent
