The center, located in Pomona, Calif., is part of the organizations’ $146 million, five-year plan to expand care management centers to serve more than a million people. The plan was announced in September. In total, the two health plans will jointly operate 14 care management centers in Los Angeles County.

In Pomona, the 12,000-square-foot community resource center will offer visitors free exercise, nutrition and health management classes.
