The clinic is 10,000 square feet and will serve as a space to evaluate patients who have undergone transplant surgeries. It will consolidate all necessary equipment into one area, including lab work, radiology, nutrition counseling and health psychology.

New features include a medication management system, computers for patient education in each exam room and digital boards for patient-provider workflow.

The clinic also constructed a glass and electronic art exhibit to honor kidney and liver donors with their names and stories.

Pleasant T. Rowland, whom the clinic is named after, donated $10 million for its construction.
