The project, titled the Wilson Project, will add 183,375 square feet and includes four inpatient medical/surgical units, according to an April 28 UHS news release. Each unit will have 30 private rooms.
There will also be a new emergency department and trauma center, MRI suite, surgical support area and a rooftop helipad.
Construction is expected to be completed in the summer of 2025.
