UF Health hospital planning $15M renovation project

UF Health’s North Hospital in Jacksonville, Fla., will embark on a $15 million renovation project, The Florida Times-Union reported Oct. 20.

The facility will undergo several interior upgrades, according to the publication. It was recently approved for building permits, and Batson-Cook will be the contractor for the project. 

The hospital is also in the midst of construction of a new 124-bed building on its campus. It is slated to open in 2024.
