TriHealth leases property across from new Mercy Health hospital

Cincinnati-based TriHealth is leasing a 6,400-square-foot property right across from a planned Mercy Health hospital, according to a Feb. 2 Cincinnati Business Courier report.

The property, in Mason, Ohio, about 20 miles north of downtown Cincinnati, is located at a new shopping center, the report said. A TriHealth spokesperson said there are no current plans to say anything official about the new lease.

TriHealth operates four hospitals in the Cincinnati area, along with several outpatient facilities, primary care offices and other specialty facilities.

Cincinnati-based Mercy Health, which operates 23 hospitals across Ohio and Kentucky, is expected to open the new $200 million 60-bed Kings Mills hospital in late 2023, according to multiple reports.
