Wireless revenue was down $4.2 million in the third quarter this year compared to the year-earlier quarter, at $32.9 million from $37.1 million. The company reported consolidated revenue of $49.8 million in quarter three, up from $49.7 million in the third quarter last year and up from $49.1 million in the second quarter of 2014.
“We achieved or exceeded our expectations on virtually all key operating measures for the quarter,” said Vincent D. Kelly, president and CEO of Spok, “resulting in one of our most successful quarterly performances in many years.”
