Private equity group invests in healthcare rebate administration company

Healthcare private equity group WindRose Health has completed an investment for an undisclosed amount into hospital rebate administration services company Third Way Wave Recovery Systems.

The investment will fuel Third Way Wave Recovery System’s growth and corporate momentum, according to a Sept. 16 company news release.

Third Way Wave Recovery System also acquired pharmaceutical rebate services company SRX.
