“A big piece of what we are doing could be done in an outpatient center. So what we’ve looked at an opportunity in the rules. Some of the stuff outside of the hospital down the street. Construction on the outpatient center, which is also in Pueblo, is expected to continue through the end of 2017, according to the report.
