Bethany, Mo.-based Harrison County Community Hospital has started drafting design and financial plans for a new hospital, KTTN reported July 10. 

Tacoma, Wash.-based MultiCare announced plans July 8 to expand the Good Samaritan Hospital in Puyallup, Wash., with an additional 160 inpatient beds. 

Pullman (Wash.) Regional Hospital's master facilities plan to expand and remodel the location was approved, The Lewiston Tribune reported July 8.

St. Louis,-based Ascension St. Vincent's opened its first hospital in St. Johns County, Fla., on July 6, The St. Augustine Record reported.

Minneapolis-based Allina Health has officially set the site for its new Cambridge (Minn.) Medical Center — Highway 65 and Xylite Street Northeast, just north of Highway 95. 

Louisville, Ky.-based Norton Healthcare, in partnership with Goodwill Industries of Kentucky, broke ground June 28 on a campus that includes a $70 million hospital and space to house social-service agencies.

Fort Pierce-based HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital, owned by Nashville, Tenn.-based HCA Healthcare, opened a $100 million, four-story tower expansion on June 23. 

Northeast Georgia Health System broke ground June 23 on a new hospital in Dahlonega, Ga. The project has been in the planning stages since 2019, when the previous hospital owner closed its doors.

Lexington-based University of Kentucky HealthCare is seeking to buy 27 acres of property for a medical campus at a cost of $20.3 million.
