Northwell Health, which owns 18 hospitals around New York City, may knock down the retail properties and build a 250,000-square-foot building in its place, according to the report. The retail properties are a block away from Northwell Health’s New York City-based Lenox Hill Hospital. It is unclear what Northwell has in mind for the site.

If the $300 million deal is finalized, Northwell would pay $1,200 per square foot.
