MultiCare opens 58-bed patient tower in Washington

MultiCare Covington (Wash.) Medical Center opened a 58-bed inpatient tower on its campus April 24, reports the Auburn Reporter.

The facility, named the Cecchettini Pavilion, is four stories with 58 inpatient beds, three operating rooms, recovery areas, a pharmacy and a laboratory.

The pavilion is named after Diane Cecchettini, who served as the president and CEO of Tacoma, Wash.-based MultiCare Health System until 2014 and began the expansion at Covington during her tenure.
