The financing package went to Waterstone Properties Groups, a developer for the project, and was arranged by Cornerstone Realty Capital, according to a Sept. 20 news release from Rockland Trust Co.
The project will bring the surgical pavilion to 44,420 square feet. It will add six operating rooms, units for preoperative and postoperative care, a patient preparation and recovery area and a staff support area.
Construction is slated to begin in May 2023 and wrap in April 2024.
