JPS Health is looking for funding to construct a $204 million psychiatric hospital, an improved patient tower with 676 beds, a cancer care center, four regional health centers and an ambulatory surgical center.
According to Tarrant County Commissioners, the $800 million proposal won’t increase taxes for residents.
The proposal will appear on a Nov. 6 ballot for voter consideration.
If approved by voters, Tarrant County Commissioners say the bonds will be issued in several series over the next several years.
