While HCA has not proposed any plans for the plot of land, the purchase has increased the prospects of a new HCA hospital coming to Las Vegas.

“We buy land from time to time for potential use in the future. No specific plans have been made on the use of the land,” HCA spokesperson Antonio Castelan told the Review Journal.
