Upper Valley Medical Center in Troy, Ohio, has completed its $11.1 million cancer center expansion, according to a WHIOTV report.

The updated Cancer Care Center includes the John J. Dugan Infusion Center, a new reception area, a family center, a hospitality area, a library, consulting rooms and new offices.
