Saint Agnes Medical Center in Fresno, Calif., has received a $13.6 million gift from the King J. Richter Estate.
It is the largest donation in the hospital’s 96-year history, according to a Dec. 10 hospital news release. The funds will support the construction of a new emergency department, the purchase of medical technology and devices and initiatives to improve access to care.
Saint Agnes is a 436-bed medical center campus and is a member of Livonia, Mich.-based Trinity Health.
