Phoenix-based Banner Health broke ground May 21 on the first phase of a new medical campus, which will house multiple healthcare services under one roof.
The 120,000-square-foot facility in Scottsdale, Ariz., will feature an ASC, a pharmacy, imaging services, cancer care, and urgent, primary and specialty care, according to a May 21 Banner Health news release.
Banner Health Center Plus is expected to open in early 2027.
The city council will review the second phase of the medical campus later this year, according to the news release. The next phase involves a 350,000-square-foot, 106-bed hospital.
