The new rehab facility will be 84,000 square feet and include 40 inpatient beds and 36 behavioral health unit beds. It will offer private rooms and bathrooms, specialized rehab services, a transitional living apartment, inpatient and outpatient services, crisis stabilization, triage for mental health and substance abuse, and alcohol and detox programs.
Brentwood, Tenn.-based LifePoint Health will manage the inpatient rehab program and will have a 40 percent ownership stake in the facility. Jefferson Regional will have 60 percent ownership.
The facility is expected to create 200 jobs and is slated to be completed in early 2024.
