The campus will be 17,000 square feet, will cost $12.3 million and will include 12 private rooms, a 24-hour pharmacy and outpatient lab services.
The building will likely decrease demand on UC’s emergency room, but it will not affect the system’s expansion plans for its main hospital, according to the report.
Plans are under review by the Fort Collins planning department, according to the report.
