HHS to host webinar on healthcare finance after disasters

 

HHS’s Office of the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness & Response is set to host a webinar on preparing your organization’s financials to ensure ongoing access to care after a disaster.

The webinar will cover circumstances under which governmental insurance requirements can be waived, reimbursement from the Federal Emergency Management Agency and disaster loans.

The webinar will be Aug. 21 and will run from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. ET. To register, visit the HHS portal.
