Walmart is suing Lisa Waldin, its former chief tax officer and senior vice president, for allegedly breaking her contract to take a job with Amazon, according to Fortune.

The lawsuit is an effort by Walmart to lawfully restrict a “senior employee’s ability to work for its direct competitor,” according to Fortune. Walmart says Ms. Waldin’s move to Amazon violates the terms of her contract.

Walmart has spent billions of dollars over the last few years to revive its online retail services. While online sales grew last year, the amount of money Walmart has invested has hurt the unit’s profitability.
