Horizon BCBS New Jersey, Pager partner to help members navigate healthcare landscape

Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey teamed up with New York City-based Pager, an artificial intelligence-powered mobile platform, to help improve members’ access to care.

Under the agreement, Pager will provide Horizon BCBSNJ members with an AI-powered mobile solution to guide them to convenient and cost-effective care within the complex healthcare landscape. Its platform offers a messaging interface that connects members to providers via video consults or scheduled appointments.

The collaboration will launch with select Horizon BCBSNJ members in the coming months and will eventually expand to more members.
