“It’s going to be a huge learning process, and that’s why the federal government is putting these funds out to help change that whole process and move it forward,” Mr. Rossfeld said, according to the report. He said the focus of the initiative will be to find the best level of care that cuts down on hospital visits yet improves overall heath.
