NRACO provides a program leading healthcare organizations serving rural communities, like Reid, to form ACOs. Reid is a 217-bed regional referral medical center serving communities in east central Indiana and west central Ohio. Reid Physician Associates is a group of primary care physicians and specialists affiliated with the hospital who work in clinics in 15 communities, including Richmond.
NRACO will help the healthcare organization and providers set up care coordinators to work directly with physicians and patients, governance, data and analytics processes and services for high-risk patients.
