The Greater Buffalo United Accountable Care Organization includes about 320 primary care physicians and specialists that cover about 65,000 patients. Practice groups that agreed to join the ACO include Western New York MRI, MASH Urgent Care, WNY Medical, CCS Healthcare and Dent Neurologic Institute.
YourCare Health Plan is the first commercial health plan to join the ACO.
