McKesson, BCBS of Arizona partner on value-based care

McKesson has partnered with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona to create ACO Partner.

By utilizing McKesson’s care management and technology techniques, ACO Partner will contract with payers and provider organizations to continuously work at improving triple aim measures. Providers who participate in ACO Partner will have access to shared savings opportunities.

BCBS of Arizona, which covers more than 1.5 customers in the state, is the first payer to contract with ACO Partner.
