The Enhanced Personal Health Care program is a patient-centered care model that offers providers value-based compensation. Kettering-owned practices will be eligible to share in savings if they meet established quality benchmarks. Primary care physicians also have the opportunity to individually earn value-based incentives for maintaining or improving quality and optimizing outcomes.

Kettering has participated in Anthem’s Hospital Quality Improvement Program since 2004.
