Aledade gets $23M for ACO business

Aledade — a Bethesda, Md.-based company helping independent physicians launch ACOs — raised nearly $23 million in funding, according to a recent Securities and Exchange Commission filing.

The Form D filing shows Aledade's total private financing amount was $28 million.

In August, Aledade, which comprises 15 ACOs, disclosed it will form a primary care physician-led ACO in New Jersey next month.
