2. Put a financial committee together that will be clear about the organization’s financial state.
3. Have initiatives in place aimed specifically financial results.
4. Use payment reform to show how expenses could reduce revenue across multiple specific cases.
5. Use advanced clinical reporting systems.
6. Develop strong partnerships within and outside the organization to transform care.
