CareMount ACO will focus on risk-based contracts for Medicare Advantage and other government programs. Since 2012, CareMount Medical participated as a Medicare Shared Savings Program Track 1 ACO, before advancing to the Next Generation level in 2018.

CareMount ACO will coordinate care for patients treated by 560-plus primary care physicians, specialists and advanced practice professionals under the CareMount umbrella.
