More than 190,000 physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants participate in accountable care organizations across the country, according to a recent SK&A market insight report.

Below are the 30 largest ACOs, including those participating in the Pioneer program, the Medicare Shared Savings Program and those with commercial contracts, by physician participation.
