The Duke LifePoint Quality Affiliate designation program recognizes hospitals operated by LifePoint subsidiaries that have enrolled in the LifePoint National Quality Program and improved their culture of safety, care quality and patient engagement. Clark Regional enrolled in this program in early 2014.
When hospitals enroll in the LifePoint National Quality Program, they begin working with Duke and LifePoint quality coaches to evaluate and strengthen their programs and processes. Following the initial evaluation, the hospital creates a plan and implements changes that will help it see long-term results.
